WORK RESIDENT

Job Description:  

  • Check that the requested work has the corresponding permits and authorizations by the competent authorities.

  • Compile the technical information corresponding to the work.

  • Design plans and action plan of the work.

  • Prepare a budget for the corresponding work and request approval

  • Carry out an action plan integrating the necessary resources (people, budget, materials, equipment and time) as well as quality standards

  • Request for the necessary materials to carry out the work that has been assigned

  • Establish inventory controls and maintenance programs for the machinery and tools assigned to them.

  • Supervise, integrate and motivate the personnel in charge, guaranteeing that the activities are carried out with the established standards.

  • Follow up on the control of activities so that they are carried out as planned

  • Analysis and solution of unforeseen events that arise during the development of the work

  • Carry out the corresponding procedures before the Federal Electricity Commission.

Job profile:  ​

  • Sex: Male preferably.

  • Education in Electrical Engineer, Electrical Mechanic or related.

  • Minimum experience of 2 years as a construction supervisor or construction resident in electrical construction (preferably industrial).

  • Solid knowledge in regulations applicable to the construction of electrical works.

  • Knowledge in design of electrical works and aerial and underground networks

  • Plan reading.

  • Manage AutoCAD.

  • Availability to travel.

Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 6:00pm; Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
